The Eiffel Tower is quite possibly the most recognizable city symbol in the entire world. The enormous steel structure rises high above the streets of Paris, making most visitors awestruck at the mere sight of it. During the day the tower is striking enough, but at night for a few minutes each hour, the entire tower puts on a light display, and it is simply spectacular.
